The principle of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is to convert the sound energy of the ultrasonic frequency source into mechanical vibration through the transducer. The vibration generated by the ultrasonic wave is transmitted to the cleaning liquid through the cleaning tank wall so that the micro-bubbles in the liquid in the tank can keep vibrating under the action of the sound wave, destroying and separating the dirty adsorption on the surface of the object.

What things you CANNOT do with an ultrasonic cleaner?
1. Don't try self-repairing the cleaner
If you have no prior experience with repairing ultrasonic cleaners, you might end up causing damage to the cleaner and yourself. Always consult a professional for any repairs.
2. Don't touch the cleaning solution without a safety
Once the ultrasonic cleaner is running, don't put your hands inside the solution. The cleaner heats the liquid with a vibrating motion, and touching the liquid with bare hands might harm your skin.
3. Don't use an unrecommended liquid for cleaning
Never use liquids like gasoline or alcohol as they can vaporize or even cause a fire. We recommend you use a water-based solution for safe and quick cleaning.
4. Don't put in too many items at once
Don't overcrowd the tank. Doing so might damage your items as their surfaces would rub against each other, causing scratches.
